The month of July we are seeing an uptick from this time last year in four metrics in the South Okanagan. Units sold up 8.3% to 182, volume up 8.9% to $122.7M, active listings up a whopping 36.9% to 1,531 and new listings up slightly 0.8% to 361. It's still a buyers market and an anticipation of the Bank of Canada lowering interest rates, this could be the time to look at buying.
